That said, it was definitely exhausting by the end—even for my husband and me, and we’re in good shape. The water is cold, even with wetsuits, so I’d recommend paying the extra for the proper foot gear—it’s worth it. Iris is no-nonsense and super capable. She’s friendly but direct, which I really appreciated. If you’re unsure about your physical ability or comfort level with heights and cold water, this might not be for you—but if you’re up for the challenge, it’s an amazing adventure.”
